Cancellation Policy

Client stated above agrees to allow photos of all services to be used in portfolios and promotional images. Client is responsible for the scheduled times agreed upon and prices listed on www.SHADESbydaijha.com. Client understands and agrees to pay the nonrefundable retainer that is 50% of the total price due upon booking, to secure your spot. Client agrees to pay the remaining balance due a week before the event date. If the fee is not paid within said time period, this will result in a total loss of the session fee and I have no further obligation with you. I acknowledge that I must adhere to SHADES policies. I understand that cancellations must be done with at least 30 days notice to have no further obligations with the invoice. However as a reminder, once the 50% deposit is made, there are absolutely no refunds, no downgrades, and in the event of cancellation this does not mean a refund of your deposit will be administered. Any rescheduling within 30 days of the event date may be subject to fees. Client understands that after 15 minutes of tardiness, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and you will be responsible in accordance with SHADES “No-show” policy. Punctuality is crucial to ensuring we provide the highest quality service to all our clients. If a member of your party arrives late and this impacts the scheduled timeline, it may result in an inability to complete all services within the agreed time frame. Despite this, the client remains responsible for the full payment of the originally agreed-upon services and amount. I give consent for all future treatments. I release SHADES and its staff of any liability associated with any injuries and /or current and future conditions resulting from the skincare procedures or products.
